Return and Refund Policy

We have a  7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Our Commitment to Satisfaction: At LED Mirror World, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your LED mirror, we are here to help.

Damaged Mirror Upon Arrival: We take great care in packaging our mirrors to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your mirror is damaged upon arrival, we are committed to providing a hassle-free resolution. Contact our customer service team immediately to report the issue. We will offer the option of a replacement or a full refund to ensure your complete satisfaction.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at help@ledmirrorworld.com.au. Please provide your order number, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Provide Proof: We may request photos or other documentation to better understand the nature of the defect or damage.
  3. Resolution: Once your claim is verified, we will initiate the part replacement process or arrange for a return and replacement/refund as applicable.
  4. Condition: Products condition should be new in same packaging. 

Returns (if you don't like the product):

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If the mirrors cannot be resold, we will have to refuse the return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days .

Restocking Fee: Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
