All of our LED mirrors, including accessories and complete units, are certified by SAA, CE, RoHS, UL, and UKCA.

Warranty Coverage

Our 2-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects in your LED bathroom mirror, including both the accessories and the complete units. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and ensures that your LED Mirror World product meets the high standards of quality and performance that you expect from us.

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in the material or workmanship of the mirror and its components.
  • Faults in electronic components, including lighting elements, that are certified by SAA, CE and UL for safety and performance.

Easy Part Replacement

In the event that a component of your LED mirror malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we offer an easy part replacement service. Our mirrors are designed with easy terminal connections, making it simple for you to replace any necessary parts. If a part needs to be replaced, simply contact our customer service team, and we will guide you through the process to ensure a swift and straightforward resolution.

Damage Upon Arrival

We take great care in packaging our mirrors to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your mirror is damaged upon arrival, we are committed to providing a hassle-free resolution. Contact our customer service team immediately to report the issue. We will offer the option of a replacement or a full refund to ensure your complete satisfaction.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  2. Provide Proof: We may request photos or other documentation to better understand the nature of the defect or damage.

This warranty does not cover:
